JobOfferMaster uses a device-held key for supported private records. Keep your recovery code somewhere safe so you can unlock the same vault later.

What private storage means: saved vault data is encrypted at rest and the key remains on your device. AI and document parsing features may use decrypted text transiently while you run the request; those requests are not processed only on-device.

01Where should I start after creating an account?
Save your recovery code, import and review your autofill profile, then install the Chrome extension from the dashboard. Once the extension is detected, save your first LinkedIn job and open the employer application.
02Which ATS platforms does JobOfferMaster support?
JobOfferMaster has dedicated handling for 10 ATS workflows: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Jobvite, Rippling, Zoho Recruit, and Paycom. Eighteen additional application sites use shared form matching automatically, and 28 more platforms can be enabled with permission for that employer site. The Supported ATS page names each coverage level and explains where autofill depends on information saved in your profile.
03Why is the Chrome extension asking for my recovery code?
The extension needs the private account key before it can read your encrypted autofill profile. Enter the recovery code once after a new install, a browser storage reset, or an extension identity change so that browser can store its local key copy.
04Where can I check whether an application site is supported?
Check Supported ATS for the current platform list and guides to Workday, Greenhouse, and other application sites.
05Why did autofill leave a field empty?
First confirm that the answer is saved in your JobOfferMaster profile. Employer-specific questions may still need your judgment, and application sites can change their forms. Review every answer after autofill and report the ATS name and field label if a saved value was missed.
06Does JobOfferMaster submit applications for me?
No. JobOfferMaster fills supported fields and can draft a starting point for some job-specific questions, but you review the form and decide when to submit it.
07How does Private Mode encryption work?
Private Mode generates a random account encryption key in your browser, stores that key locally on the device, and uploads only ciphertext plus a recovery-wrapped version of the key to JobOfferMaster. Supported vault data stays encrypted at rest until this browser unlocks it.
08Do I need the recovery code on a new browser or device?
Usually yes. A new browser, device, cleared browser storage, or reinstalled extension will not have the local key yet. Enter the recovery code once to unlock Private Mode there, then that browser can store its own local copy of the account key.
09What if I lose my recovery code?
First check whether your private workspace still opens on another device where the key is saved. If you cannot unlock it anywhere, sign in and choose 'Lost your recovery code? Start fresh' on the unlock screen. After you confirm, your private job data is permanently deleted while your sign-in account remains. Setup then creates a new key and recovery code.
