Private Mode can mark a saved application as Applied after you submit it and the employer confirms receipt.
Submission tracking
Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and SmartRecruiters confirmation messages can update the matching saved application.
Keep JobOfferMaster signed in to the same connected account. Your private vault must be unlocked on this browser.
You submit the application yourself. Unmatched jobs and applications already beyond Tracking stay unchanged.
Version 3.1.23
Autofill on JobScore, SuccessFactors, and ADP
JobOfferMaster now recognizes these application sites directly and handles the account screens that can appear before the form.
More application sites
JobScore, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP Recruiting pages show the autofill control without a separate site-access step.
On account screens, JobOfferMaster fills saved email and name details. You still enter your password, complete verification, and submit the form yourself.
On a JobScore listing, Autofill opens the application page. Run autofill again after you reach the form.
Version 3.1.22
Autofill Stripe job applications
JobOfferMaster now recognizes Stripe's careers application pages and fills the embedded Greenhouse form without any extra setup.
New supported site
Stripe application pages under stripe.com/careers/apply are supported out of the box, so you no longer need to enable autofill for the site manually.
Access is limited to Stripe's application pages. Other stripe.com pages are not touched.
Version 3.1.21
More accurate Greenhouse application answers
JobOfferMaster now keeps work-history dates out of unrelated questions and uses your saved school and education years on Greenhouse applications.
Better field matching
Employment dates no longer overwrite questions such as which AI tools you use. If the answer service returns no answer, the question stays blank for your review.
School, start year, and end year come from your saved education entry.
Unanswered questions asking how you heard about a company default to LinkedIn, and whether you know someone there default to No. Your existing selections are preserved.
Version 3.1.20
Fill required Gender on Greenhouse applications
When an application asks for both Gender and Gender Identity, JobOfferMaster now fills the required Gender question from your saved profile.
More accurate demographic autofill
Discord's Greenhouse application no longer leaves the required Gender question blank while answering the optional Gender Identity question.
Greenhouse form labels take priority over inferred labels when determining which question is required.
Version 3.1.19
Show Apply with JobOfferMaster on the first LinkedIn load
When you arrive at a LinkedIn job from the feed, search, or a notification, the Apply action now appears right away instead of only after a page refresh.
No refresh needed
After LinkedIn's in-app navigation, the extension no longer rejects its own Apply check because of a stale page address, which previously hid the action until you refreshed.
When LinkedIn re-renders the job header, the Apply action is restored automatically.
If LinkedIn renders Apply as a button without a link, the employer link is read from LinkedIn's job posting data for that job. Easy Apply postings are left unchanged.
Version 3.1.17
Keep Ashby Race answers selected
Race answers on Ashby applications, including Crusoe, stay selected when autofill finds the same question more than once or you use Autofill Again.
More reliable demographic answers
Autofill selects each radio-button question only once and leaves an already-selected answer in place.
A selection is reported as filled only after the form keeps it selected.
Race, Gender, and Veteran Status use your saved profile. Missing demographic information is not guessed.
Version 3.1.16
Recover LinkedIn Apply actions on first load
JobOfferMaster checks the visible LinkedIn Apply controls and retries stalled support checks, helping the application action appear without refreshing the job page.
More reliable Apply detection
Hidden or unfinished Apply controls no longer prevent JobOfferMaster from finding a visible application link.
A support check that stops responding can retry, and unavailable application actions are checked again.
Greenhouse grnh.se job links show Apply with JobOfferMaster and start autofill after the application page opens, without asking for access to the redirect site.
Supported applications show Apply with JobOfferMaster. Custom career sites offer Enable autofill for this site when access is needed.
Version 3.1.15
Enable autofill on custom career sites
When a LinkedIn job links to a company's own career site, you can now enable JobOfferMaster for that site directly from the job page.
Your choice, one site at a time
Enable autofill for this site opens a page showing the exact domain before Chrome asks for access.
Approval is remembered for that domain, even if Chrome closes the extension popup during the permission request.
LinkedIn updates the Apply with JobOfferMaster button without a page refresh. Enabling access does not fill or submit an application.
Better support for embedded applications
Application forms embedded inside a career page now select their ATS-specific autofill rules more reliably.
The autofill panel appears when you open an application tab on an approved career site, including Airbnb-style Greenhouse embeds.
Already-loaded embedded forms reconnect, and you can open the application in a new tab if the embedded form cannot connect.
Custom-site access uses the existing autofill engine. Field coverage depends on the form and the information saved in your profile.
Version 3.1.12
A familiar look for extension settings
Extension settings now match the JobOfferMaster website and autofill panel, with softer colors and clearer controls.
Easier on the eyes
The settings page uses the same DM Sans font, teal buttons, and sage borders as the website.
Save settings and Edit autofill profile are easier to distinguish, with clear keyboard focus and a layout that fits smaller windows.
Account settings and server selection work as before. The font and icons are bundled locally, without new browser permissions.
Version 3.1.11
A calmer autofill panel
The application autofill panel now matches the JobOfferMaster website, with softer colors, clearer typography, and the same familiar logo.
A familiar look on application pages
The floating autofill panel uses the website's teal buttons, sage accents, and DM Sans font instead of bright blue gradients.
The panel keeps your job details, profile completion, Autofill Application, and Edit Profile Settings together.
Clearer keyboard focus and a layout that fits smaller windows keep the controls easy to reach.
Same autofill, refreshed design
The font and icons are included in the extension and do not load from an external font service on application pages.
Version 3.1.11 keeps the same Chrome Web Store identity, without adding browser permissions.
Version 3.1.10
Apply from LinkedIn without refreshing
The Apply with JobOfferMaster button now stays ready as LinkedIn loads job details, so you can move between roles without refreshing the page.
Ready when LinkedIn is
The button appears when LinkedIn finishes loading its Apply controls for a supported external application.
Switch between jobs or open a job-detail page without refreshing to see Apply with JobOfferMaster.
The button can return even when the Save to JobOfferMaster panel is already visible.
Smoother extension updates
Already-open LinkedIn job tabs reconnect after you update or reload the extension.
Job saving reconnects too, and messages from a previous job stay out of the next role's save panel.
The downloadable extension ZIP contains version 3.1.10 with the same verified Chrome Web Store identity and no new permissions.
Version 3.1.9
Apply from LinkedIn with one click
JobOfferMaster can now open supported employer applications directly from LinkedIn and start autofill as soon as the form is ready.
Apply with JobOfferMaster
A new Apply with JobOfferMaster button appears beside LinkedIn's Apply and Save actions for supported external applications.
One click opens the employer application in a new tab and starts autofill with your reviewed profile.
The autofill request is limited to that new application tab and expires automatically if the application does not load.
You stay in control
JobOfferMaster fills supported fields and documents but never submits the application.
Easy Apply and unsupported application links keep LinkedIn's normal experience.
The downloadable extension ZIP contains version 3.1.9 with the verified Chrome Web Store identity.
Version 3.1.8
Reliable autofill on Ashby application links
JobOfferMaster now opens autofill correctly on Ashby applications that include tracking parameters from another recruiting system.
Correct application detection
Ashby applications are identified from the jobs.ashbyhq.com domain before unrelated tracking parameters are considered.
Snowflake application links containing a gh_src campaign parameter now show the JobOfferMaster autofill panel.
Greenhouse-specific recovery logic no longer runs on forms already identified as another supported platform.
Latest download
The downloadable extension ZIP contains version 3.1.8.
The package keeps the verified Chrome Web Store identity used by previous releases.
Version 3.1.7
More application platforms, enabled only when needed
JobOfferMaster now recognizes 28 more application platforms after you grant access to the employer site, without requesting blanket access to every website.
New shared-matcher platforms
Enable autofill for ADP Recruiting, Avature, Comeet, GovernmentJobs, Gusto Recruiting, JobScore, Mechanize, Paylocity, and Polymer.
Shared matching also recognizes SAP SuccessFactors, Tal.net, Teamtailor, and TriNet Hire application forms.
Open the extension on the application site and approve that employer origin once before autofill runs there.
Broader existing coverage
iCIMS support now recognizes Jibe application domains.
Workday, Rippling, and UKG support now recognize additional application-domain variants.
When an installed Store version is behind, the dashboard can ask Chrome to check immediately and lets you choose when to restart the extension after the update is ready.
The downloadable extension ZIP contains version 3.1.7 and keeps the verified Chrome Web Store identity.
Version 3.1.6
Broader built-in application coverage
Autofill now recognizes more common application sites automatically and uses stronger shared matching for standard profile fields.
More recognized application sites
Added built-in shared matching for Breezy HR, Dover, UltiPro and UKG, Eightfold, Freshteam, Pinpoint, Gem, and Zoho Recruit.
Added employer application coverage for Adobe, Microsoft, Tesla, and Amazon career sites.
Added Paycom application-domain coverage while keeping the existing dedicated Paycom workflow.
Safer shared matching
The shared matcher better handles legal-name labels and avoids filling disclosure follow-ups when the related answer does not require details.
Custom employer questions still require review before you submit the application.
Version 3.1.5
Resume and cover letter files go to the right fields
Autofill now distinguishes adjacent resume and cover letter uploads on Greenhouse applications, preventing a saved resume from being attached twice.
More accurate Greenhouse uploads
Your saved resume is attached only to the Resume or CV field.
The cover letter upload stays empty when you have not saved a cover letter.
File fields are matched using their labels, names, identifiers, and nearby form text instead of file type alone.
Latest download
The downloadable extension ZIP now contains version 3.1.5.
The package keeps the same verified extension identity used by the Chrome Web Store release.
Version 3.1.4
Set up once, without repeating your recovery code
Resume-first onboarding now guides you from profile review to Chrome and a safe autofill preview, while securely connecting the unlocked private profile to the extension on the same device.
A shorter first-run flow
Import a resume first, then review the contact, work authorization, experience, and education details needed for autofill.
Chrome detection advances setup automatically and a sample application shows what autofill will do before you visit an employer site.
Empty dashboard metrics stay out of the way until you have application activity.
One recovery step
The unlocked website securely pairs the private account key with the extension on the same device.
The recovery code and unencrypted key are never sent to the JobOfferMaster server during pairing.
Manual recovery remains available if the local connection cannot be completed.
Version 3.1.3
One extension identity for every install
The manual ZIP now uses the verified public key from the Chrome Web Store package, preventing future unpacked releases from creating duplicate JobOfferMaster identities.
Stable manual updates
Manual and Store packages now derive the canonical extension ID jcaagnkopchobnnhfiipbohefhhjafhc.
Extracting a future manual release into another folder will no longer create another JobOfferMaster identity.
The public ZIP is built by a repeatable packaging command and checked against the source manifest.
One-time cleanup
Existing unpacked copies with generated IDs cannot be merged automatically.
Disable the older copy before loading 3.1.3, but keep it installed until the new copy is unlocked and tested.
After cleanup, keep only the canonical extension and update that copy going forward.
Version 3.1.2
A faster path from setup to interview
This release makes it easier to create your profile, save a role, complete applications, prepare tailored materials, and keep upcoming interviews visible.
Easier setup
Import a resume to build your private autofill profile instead of entering every field by hand.
Add multiple jobs and schools, including start and end dates, and review the details before saving.
Install and detect the Chrome extension from your dashboard, then save your first LinkedIn job in one click.
Targeted autofill fixes
Improved phone-number and confirmation-email handling on supported application forms.
Improved select fields and conditional questions, including demographic and work-authorization responses.
Improved job-specific written answers while leaving follow-up fields blank when the related answer does not require details.
Prepare for each role
Create a resume version and cover letter tailored to the saved job description.
Practice interview questions connected to the role and your resume.
Review the materials and download the complete package as a ZIP.
Keep your search moving
Upcoming Events includes every event scheduled for today or later, regardless of application status.
The dashboard onboarding checklist responds to your imported profile, installed extension, and first saved job.
The homepage now presents the full journey from onboarding through interview preparation.
Privacy and account controls
Private Mode remains the default experience for saved job-search data.
Recovery, reset, logout, privacy, and support guidance is clearer throughout the account flow.

The private-by-default setup has clearer recovery, logout, privacy, and support guidance.
The downloadable Chrome extension package is now version 3.1.3 and uses the canonical Store identity for manual installs.
Privacy Mode moved into the main install flow
Privacy Mode is now presented as the primary public workflow, with Chrome Web Store install messaging replacing the old manual-install path.
Removed public messaging that said Privacy Mode required a manual extension install.
Updated setup copy to reflect that the Chrome Web Store version now supports Privacy Mode.
Simplified the homepage so it highlights Privacy Mode directly without promoting Standard Mode there.
Public trust and support pages launched
Added public About, Help, and Changelog pages so JobOfferMaster has durable, citable sources beyond marketing copy.
Published an About page with product facts, workflow principles, and audience fit.
Published a Help page with setup guidance, troubleshooting paths, and support links.
Linked those pages across the marketing site so they can be discovered from core landing pages.
ATS support hub expanded
Strengthened the canonical Supported ATS page and the platform-specific landing-page cluster around it.
Kept the Supported ATS page as the main source for platform coverage and best-fit notes.
Extended internal links between ATS guides, workflow pages, and the core setup flow.
Added more answer-first sections so public pages are easier for search systems to parse.
Homepage messaging shifted to install-first autofill
The homepage now leads with ATS autofill and extension install instead of a generic dashboard pitch.
Primary CTA focuses on Add to Chrome.
LinkedIn sign-in is positioned as the sync step after installation, not the first action.
Public product facts and support resources now sit alongside workflow-specific pages.
