These Terms of Service govern your use of JobMaster, including the JobMaster web application, Chrome extension, and related services. By using JobMaster, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use JobMaster only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Accounts and Authentication

You may sign in using supported third‑party identity providers such as LinkedIn and Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to your chosen authentication method and for safeguarding any devices used to access the Service.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, interview notes, and other content you upload or create in JobMaster. You grant JobMaster permission to process that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you.

JobMaster may generate summaries, recommendations, or draft content using AI models. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it in job applications, interviews, or other professional contexts.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim to operate the Service with reasonable care.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, JobMaster disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
