How JobMaster Works

Install the JobMaster Chrome extension first, then sign in when you want your saved jobs, autofill profile, and dashboard to stay in sync. Here is the fastest way to get running.

1Install the Chrome Extension

The current Chrome Web Store version includes both Privacy Mode and Standard Mode.

  1. Install from the Chrome Web Store: Open the JobMaster listing and click Add to Chrome.
  2. Pin the Extension: In Chrome, open the Extensions menu and pin JobMaster for easy access.

Tip: Pin the JobMaster icon to your toolbar for quick saves and autofill.

2Sign In Or Set Your Sync Email

  • Click the JobMaster icon in your Chrome toolbar.
  • Use the same account email you plan to use with JobMaster so saved jobs sync to the right dashboard.
  • If you do not have an account yet, use the extension's sign-in link to open JobMaster and continue with LinkedIn.
  • You can still use Google later if you only need the dashboard.

3Capture Jobs

Navigate to any job posting on LinkedIn. The JobMaster side card will appear automatically.

  • Wait for the status to show "Ready".
  • Click "Save to JobMaster".
  • The extension uses advanced background fetching to capture the full job description, even if the page is laggy.

4Open Your Dashboard

Open the web dashboard to see saved jobs, resume variants, interview prep, and pipeline tracking in one place.
